Crab Rangoon I have made these. Only difference I have pinched all for corners together, the way you usually see them in a restaurant. Eating them while they are hot and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside is fantastic.
Crab cakes with cilantro lime dip - Note to self: use Costco crab claws, add Old Bay Seasoning, fresh dill, jalapeno, green onion, panko. (Dip: use Greek yogurt, add lime zest) Serve on buns with dip, red onion slices and pea shoots or lettuce....Leftovers Idea: Eggs Benny w/simple guacamole, hollandaise, crab cake. [CP]
