Caramel Pretzel Magic Bars-1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 6 Tbsp butter, melted 1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk 50+ pretzels (I used Snyder's Snaps) 20 caramels, unwrapped cut in fourths (*They now sell caramel bits at the store near the chocolate chips! So much easier than unwrapping cutting up caramel squares. I would try 1 cup of caramel bits if you aren't using the squares.) 1 cup milk chocolate chips 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Rhubarb recipe with 5 ingredients - I made this last night and it's wonderful! 1 egg 4 Tbsp flour (GF works fine) 4-5 c rhubarb chopped Mix above in bowl, place in greased glass pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix (GF is fine) over top of this. Melt 1.5 sticks of butter and pour over the top. 350° for 40-45". would be good with cinnamon/sugar on top, too.
Easy Apple Crisp- FIVE ingredients! FIVE! 1 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup of butter (usually equals 1 stick), 2-3 big apples (I'm biased towards Honeycrisp. Basically, they're the best.), ground cinnamon (I added this to the recipe because I'm a cinnamon fanatic)
