Crockpot chicken. Sounds yummy. 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 (16 ½ ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 (16 ½ ounce) bottle archer farms hawaiian style barbecue sauce (found at Target) Directions: Place breasts in crock pot, pour pineapple on top of chicken and then pour sauce over all. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Week-night.... Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings! Oh yum!
Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and made 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot.
Shredded salsa chicken-- I make this all the time! Super simple, just 4 chicken breasts, salsa, and cream of chicken or mushroom soup in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Shred, then add in sour cream. I use this for all types of meals: chicken tacos, burritos, enchiladas, or as a dip over rice with melted cheese on top and tortilla chips for dipping! @Tara Harmon Erickson
