Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken from Skinnytaste.com ~ Wow, made this last night and it was so good! The smells that ran throughout my kitchen all day were amazing!! Served over brown rice with a dollup of reduced fat sour cream and this is a pretty healthy meal! And SO easy!!

Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken. Made this for dinner tonight - YUM! And only 4 WW points per serving! I added a Serrano for a bit of heat, but it didn't do much to such a large batch. Next time, I'd probably add two. --- Day two: Reheated it and put it on top of some warm garlic bread. Uh, DELICIOUS.
