Sour Cream Lemon Pie - It's very tasty but I would use half the sugar but triple the lemon rind and add extra lemon juice. Since you add lemon juice and rind AFTER it cooks, you can adjust it to your taste. I just like it a bit more lemony and tangy.
lemon sunshine cookies - The sour cream makes them so chewy and moist. A definite crowd pleaser! Next time I plan to double the amount of lemon zest and juice because my family and I prefer a stronger lemon flavor.
