    Fitbit - Basically an advanced pedometer that can track the number of steps you take each day, the number of floors you walk up each day, the number of calories burned, and the number of miles walked. As a bonus it will even tell you how efficient you slept the previous night. My wife and I use ours religiously. Great product.
