I actually made something from Pinterest! Peach Buttermilk Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce! Loved it. Will make it again. I added cinnamon to the buttermilk mixture and sprinkled all of it with brown sugar and a few small squares of butter just before baking. Yummy & perfect for the start of Fall. -Hayley
Buttermilk Syrup for Pancakes, Waffles or French Toast. The best syrup I have ever tried! Like liquid candy for breakfast
German Pancakes: 6eggs, 1c milk, 1c flour, ½ t salt, 2T melted butter. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Grease 13x9 baking dish w butter & pour in pancake batter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
