    Spicy Parmesan Shrimp Skillet serves 2-4 1 pound raw peeled and deveined shrimp 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 t brown sugar 2 t soy sauce 1/2 t red pepper flakes 2 whole wheat penne In a bowl, whisk olive oil, parmesan, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes together. Add shrimp to a large ziplock bag, pour marinade over top, then seal bag and shake to coat. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes… or 2-4 hours… or overnight

Lemon-Rucola-Shrimp Spaghetti. Searched for recipe with no luck, but I'm guessing that you need to saute the shrimp, boil the spaghetti, mix them together with rucola (arugala) and olive oil, squeeze lemon, add salt & pepper and eat! :)

1 pound of rigatoni pasta, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1.5 pounds of large shrimp (peeled and deveined), ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon of salt, 1 small onion (chopped), 1 garlic clove (minced), 1 15 ounce can of no salt added diced tomatoes, ¼ cup of white wine, ½ cup of fresh basil (chopped) and 2 tablespoons of half half.
