Pumpkin French Toast Bake

Pumpkin french toast - 3 1/2 – 4 1/2 cups bread cubes 7 large eggs 2C milk 1t vanilla 1 1/2t pumpkin pie spice 1/2C pumpkin puree or pumpkin butter 3-4T brown sugar pecans or walnuts Put bread cubes in greased 13x9 pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin and pie spice, pour over bread and push down until soaked. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and top with brown sugar, additional pumpkin pie spice and nutsot. Bake 350 - 35-45 minutes or golden brown.
