Blueberry Sourdough Pancakes-did pastry whole wheat flour, didn't rest the dough the full thirty, added a tsp of cinnamon, half a tsp of cardamom, and another tbsp of sugar. My new fav pancake recipe! Will try a longer ferment to increase nutrition.
Classic Sourdough Waffles or Pancakes: King Arthur Flour. So good! I like the waffles more than the pancakes, but only by a little because they are both yummy. Great sourdough flavor, and the perfect way to use up unfed starter.
