Roasted Garlic Mushrooms Take the stems out. Mix breadcrumbs,  Fresh chopped garlic, Parmesan cheese, Salt & pepper  Add small amount of water to make the mixture just to moisten. Fill mushrooms with mixture Sprinkle or drizzle small amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of stuffing Bake at 350° until tender (45 min ?)
