    Closet Cooking: Artichoke Bread 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 2 green onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise Mix all and spread into hollowed out loaf. Top with Parmesan. Bake 350F in foil for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until the cheese is melted.

1 unsliced loaf sourdough bread 12-16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup finely diced green onion Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
