Summer Vegetable Tian Ingredients 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 medium yellow onion $0.70 1 tsp minced garlic 1 medium zucchini 1 medium yellow squash 1 medium potato 1 medium tomato $1.65 1 tsp dried thyme to taste salt & pepper 1 cup shredded Italian cheese
asparagus. Put your assparagus on foil. 1.drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle some water on them.2. add garlic and pepper. 3 Fold foil over them and put on your gril. 4. turn once. Let it grill for about 10 to 15 minutes. Its perfect .Maielle will tear them up.
Vegetable Tian. Made with thinly sliced tomatoes, zuchini, onions and potatoes. Brushed with olive oil, spiced with tyme, salt, pepper and with a bit of chopped garlic, then sprinkled with romano or gouda grated cheese. Baked at 375, with foil for 30 minutes, and then without for 25. :) Sounds delicious.
Skinny Veggie Lasagna..I just made this and it is so good! Added Parmesan Cheese which added about 70 more calories than the original recipe. A HUGE slice is still well under 300 calories and full of veggies and flavor!
