Creamy Parmesan Mushroom and Spinach Tortellini Soup - this is fabulous! I used vegetable broth, heavy cream, and cartelized my mushrooms. Next time I will use half cream and half whole milk, it was SO good but SO rich with the heavy cream.

These are easy to make because they start off with a can of refrigerated biscuit dough. However, they look fancy because you shape the dough in a knot. Pretty, yummy and easy. What more could you want? You could do the same thing with your favorite roll recipe too. Just shape the same, bake according to your roll recipe and brush with the oil mixture.
Crockpot Cheese Tortellini and Sausage- I used 1 can low sodium chicken broth so it wasn't too soupy and 2 bags of tortellini (1 large cheap cheese one and 1 fancy buitoni meat one). The tortellini was too soft, so I would not add it in until the last hour or 2 next time. Also, that's when I would add in the cream cheese, but I'm not sure if it even needs it if you decide to use a tomato sauce instead.
