Cucumber Boats : 2 cucumbers (about 1 pound each)-2 ounces crumbled feta cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt-1 teaspoon fresh parsley or dill, chopped-freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Hollow out the seeds. Fill with mixture and slice in 1" pieces. Chill till serving.

Olive Garden Salad Dressing - enough said. 1 packet Good Seasonings Italian Dressing 1/2 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp. table salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise (no Miracle Whip, please) 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbs. white vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. water... Love this dressing, so this is prob worth trying! :)
