Here is a fun craft for the kids! Get some permanent markers and wax paper...let the kids color on it. Then wrap the wax paper around the candle and heat with a hair dryer until the image transfers! Perfect for Mothers Day or Grandparents Day...or a birthday!

Have child draw on tissue paper cut to fit around a pillar candle; Wrap the tissue around the candle; Next wrap wax paper around to serve as heat guard and handle; Use heat gun or hair dryer and the image will "melt" onto the candle. Would be great for weddings too with rubber stamp images.

Have you been looking for an inexpensive way to transfer an image?!? Check out this great WAX PAPER IMAGE TRANSFER tutorial. The video helps with the all the details!

Print on wax paper, iron onto fabric...the possibilities are endless! Yay, just found Christmas ideas :)

1. Cut sheets of waxed paper to the size of computer paper. 2. Print your image onto the waxed paper with any Inkjet printer. 3. Carefully place the image on your wood (wet side down) rub over it with a credit card. 4. Removed waxed paper 5. Seal with a matte spray wood sealer . Dampening the wood a bit with a sponge will make the transfer darker, but it might blur and smudge if you’re not extremely careful.

I need to remember this tip: Tissue paper ironed between 2 sheets of wax paper - nice wrapping for giving away baked goods
