Campfire Cakes. I made this with chocolate cake mix inside the orange shell. The orange and chocolate combo was perfect! I topped it with powdered sugar and had an elegant campside dessert!

Campfire Orange Cakes - This wasn't the website where I orginially got the idea, because I remember reading 20 minutes of fire time and I'm glad we went by that. Fill the oranges 3/4 full or less with batter as it will expand. Unwrap foil and set oranges on the grass to cool for a bit. Then give them to the kids in napkins, as the orange is a bit black on the outside. Super yummy!!

The Campfire Cake is made of roasted marshmallows on a bed of rich chocolate ganache crusted with crushed grahams.

campfire cupcake - I made these for my son's 1/2 birthday treat at school and they turned out great! I went the easy route with a devils food cake mix & made a delicious butter cream frosting but the graham, chocolate and marshmallow toppers made it complete.
