The dressing on this salad is delicious. I mean absolutely amazing. This dish also handles ingredient substitutions in the salad part very well (don't mess with the dressing though because, as I said, amazing). This recipe is pretty good. BUT it makes enough for 30 people so you may want to cut it in half.
