I know our school system isn't doing very well right now.. but I just have to say that when I was in school, if I wasn't making the grades, NO ONE was to blame but ME. There are so many incredible teachers out there that are passionate and good at what they do. But it's all for nothing if the students don't want to learn. So thank you to all of my former teachers and those who are still teaching today for giving of your time, energy, patience and teaching the future of our world.

I love this quote! Why don't we stand up for our teachers (me) and take responsibility for our kids education?

funny-teachers-crazy-things-answers. My personal favorite is the last question! A high school senior asked me that one time. Just once.

True story. One morning at the beginning of June I woke up stressed and anxious. All of a sudden calm washed over me when I was hit by a thought. I have a choice of worrying or doing everything I can to take care of the things I can control and let life (or God) take care of the rest. This has been the most productive time of my life, also the happiest.
