What do you do when kids skip a homework assignment?

Taking a Zero form

Do you allow students to "request to retest"? Why or why not?

Request to Retest Form- Interesting and something to think about! This would entail the students doing some work.

Missing Assignment Log. Great way to keep track AND motivate getting work turned in.

Interesting idea to help make students responsible for their missed work. A cute way to remind studentd of something they missed.

Request to retest

Request to retake test, I would limit students to two or three days after the test to turn this in. I would also require a parents signature for a middle school student.

FREE! This has been a life saver for me! I attach this Substitute Report (one for each class) to my lesson plans. It easily allows subs to provide feedback (via a checklist) on class behavior, if they followed my lesson plan, how the students behaved, noise level, areas of difficulty, outstanding students, challenging students, and general comments. I receive the best feedback from my subs now.

Great classroom idea - Choice board for early finishers

A way to make students more accountable for their own work and to ensure everyone turns SOMETHING in on the due date. This will also be a great way to check in with kids who need help and to have as a record if I meet with parents to discuss student progress. Will print on a neon color paper and keep right next to the inbox. (6th Grade)

Oops my bad missing assignment accountability Grade)
