I am not sure what kind of material did this artist used but it looks like he or she used some kind of cellophane which creates interesting look on a painting/picture.

There is something about this that makes me feel like it could be a strong inspiration element. I want my brand to feel happy and uplifting (she looks sad), but I also want it to be emotional like this image. Plus, the colors are beautiful with the light blue and greens (calming) and the pinks and oranges (exciting).
