Taking measurements is what is important, how you feel and look is important. The number on the scale is NOT everything. Seriously... don't TOUCH anything with added sugar or synthesized chemicals. I stopped JUST THOSE THINGS and lost my first 15 pounds with NO effort. Green tea, black coffee, seltzer water or plain water, no exceptions. And don't buy bottled water. It comes out of a tap just like yours. If you want to filter it, get a Britta or one of the others.
