Roasted Garlic - spread this on french bread and it got devoured! Really tasty. BUT! It was incredibly hard to cut the top off, I ended up having to use a serrated knife, but my garlic head was so demolished at that point, that all the cloves fell apart... but I wrapped it up and tried it anyway. Still worked, took alot longer than 35 min though.
Roasted Garlic Mushrooms...follow the recipe for the most part, but add the chopped Italian parsley to the mixture of minced garlic, olive oil, dry white wine salt and pepper. toss the mixture with the whole brown mushrooms, dot the dish with butter and roasted them, toss the mushrooms every 3-4 minutes. I also don't add the two teaspoons of lemon juice when the dish had finished cooking.
