Pumpkin Spice Cookie. Imagine taking something like this and a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte and combining them into a cookie. AMAZING! Its a recipe that's in the making!
Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
Pumpkin Crunch Cake: another pumpkin dessert
PUMPKIN CRISP. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 15 ounce can of pumpkin,1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Sprinkle a box cake mix and chopped pecans over top. Pour one cup of melted butter. Bake for 60 minutes and top with whip cream.
OK... Officially Yum. Pumpkin Spice Crunch Cake! I don't 'Pin it' with food unless I tried it and this hits the mark. I would suggest if you have a favorite recipe for cream cheese frosting, use it. The canned stuff doesn't do this cake justice. This is yummy. Why wait for dessert? Eat it for dinner!
