Buffalo Chicken in the crock pot: 3 lb frozen chicken, 1 bottle buffalo sauce, 1 packet of ranch, throw it all in the crock pot for 6-7 hours, shred. Great for wraps, on a bun or make grilled cheese & buffalo chicken sandwiches (which I prefer). I do recommend adding a bit of butter in the crock pot - either when cooking or after shredding. A favorite at our house!
Crockpot Lemon Chicken | Plain Chicken - This was a HUGE hit with my kids. It could use a thickener of some kind for the sauce, but the flavor was outstanding. We made our own italian seasoning mix instead of using a packet. Definitely add garlic and extra water/broth if you want any kind of "sauce" with this. All in all, I'd call this a potential regular in our household now.
