Cowboy Casserole adapted from a recipe at Taste of Home 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 can (15.25oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons sour cream 1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots (used Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns)
Broccoli, Cheddar and Chicken Tator tot casserole. I made this tonight with some adjustments. LESS soup out of the can, added chicken broth and did all of the soup and chicken in a crock pot. I used frozen broccoli and cooked it for a few minutes before I added it to the soup mixture. Put it all in a dish and added the tots and cheese on top. The hubs LOVED it.
*another pinner said* Tater Tot Pie = One of the best meals ever. No joke. I wasn't expecting to like this. We split it into 2 - one with beef for Jerry and one veggie for me. It is the yummiest cold weather dinner comfort food ever. We couldn't stop eating it! We've since made it with ground chicken - great choice.
