Chocolate flan cake. Made this 12/17/2013 for the Spanish 100% club. Cake was done after 2 hours - no crumbs on my toothpick. No sticking to the pan, either. The layers reversed perfectly - it looks amazing with the caramel! Woke up and had a slice - sliced nicely and tasted great! Kids didn't eat much - thankfully it was a hit at the Christmas party I went to later the same day! My dad liked it, too!
