Mmmm....Strawberry &  Banana smoothie as found in Fitness Mag....I like to add Protein Powder to mine...helps to curb the appetite and just enough to fuel my kids before their 2 hour soccer practices....       1/2 medium banana,1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1 1/2 cups skim milk or light soy milk  2 tablespoons ground flaxseed  Directions: Blend all until smooth.  Enjoy!
