Down To Earth Juice Recipe 1/4 head cabbage 3 stalks of celery 1 cucumber 1 cup packed spinach leaves 2 apples Wash vegetables and fruit. Cut all except spinach into smaller pieces to fit into juicer. Put all through juicer. Note – spinach leaves may be wrapped around the veggies or rolled up to make them easier to juice. Optional – stir in spirulina or other greens powder for an extra nutrient boost.
