Honey and Pecan-Glazed Salmon

Tuesday, October 7, 2008 This is so easy and so good. We eat this salmon at least once every two weeks. Don't let the fact that this is a Weight Watchers recipe fool you, it's delish. Even my family, who aren't big fish eaters, love this meal.

Great snack or side to any meal! Chop a baby cucumber and add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chile powder on top! So refreshing in summer heat. - I LOVE cucumber ! :D

This would be ZERO WW PointsPlus! Yum!.... tried this with frozen peaches and strawberries instead of using ice. And used Ginger ale 10 instead of 7up.. delicious!
