Social Studies and Writing Idea -- do with constitution

We did this (autism 4-6 classroom) - we painted everything white and then masked the continent areas to paint the blue. Pulled the paper off, then labeled everything. Tip: get taller rather than fatter pumpkins. We ended up with HUGE oceans. NOTE: We also did followup activities with the seeds and cooking the pumpkin.

Like this idea but the core being ourselves, then family & friends. Great idea for incorporating Peace lesson in kids yoga
