Deep South Dish: Crab Stuffed Mushrooms These are always a favorite at get togethers. You can use canned crab meat instead of fresh - I've done it before, still great. I've substituted crawfish and shrimp at times too.
Stuffed Quahogs have been one of my favorites since I can remember. Fishing shorelines and digging the sandy bottom of Narraganset Bay with my feet feeling around for clams was a great part of my life growing up in Rhode Island - an inescapable part of my Portuguese / New England heritage. #VisitRhodeIsland
Stuffed Tilapia...I didn't do it quite like this. I put the tilapia on the baking sheet and put the stuff on top rather than stuffing it. It took a little longer to cook, but this was great. The oldest didn't like it, but my middle one loved it. She asked for seconds.
