9/3/12 - Baked Eggs Napoleon. This recipe calls for crunched up tater tots on the bottom, but I made fresh hash browns instead. I really liked this breakfast! It would be especially great for a large group because you can put them together ahead of time and then theyre all ready at the same time when you bake them. They also look really pretty in the ramekins so would be a good presentation. Ill definitely make these again.
Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oatmeal 1 cupUnsweetened almond milk 1/2 cupPlain low fat Greek yogurt (or mashed banana, or pumpkin) 2 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup sweetener 1 cupOld fashioned oats 1/4 cup Protein powder (or additional oats) Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour (or more) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid).
