Easy Crockpot Beef Stew. The gravy is thick and rich and deliciously beefy. It’s loaded with lots of mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, peas and great herbs! This is one of my familys favorite Crockpot meals.
1/2 lb ground beef 1 teaspoon chili powder (Spanish blend) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes 1/8 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons water 8 ounces restaurant style corn tortilla chips 1/2 cup refried beans 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 1/4 cup diced onion 1 large red jalapeno chile (or green)
Chi Chi's Seafood Enchiladas~1(10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 C.chop onion, 8oz.Imitation crab,1¾oz. shred monterey jack cheese,8 flour tortillas, 1C.milk,dash nutmeg,dash pepper... In bowl, stir soup,onion,nutmeg & blkpepper. In other bowl mix 1/2 soup mixture,crab &1C.jack cheese, set aside. Place 1/3C. mixture on ea.tortilla up. Place in greased 12X7 glass dish. Stir milk into reserved soup mix, pour over enchiladas. Micro covered high12 min. sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
