EASY BERRY COBBLER -- a dump cake using frozen berries and a can of Diet Sprite. INGREDIENTS: Two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries; 1 box white cake mix (no pudding); 1 can of diet 7-up or sierra mist (clear soda). INSTRUCTIONS: Place frozen fruit in a 9x13 baking dish. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix and the pop - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will hsve a cake like topping. Skillet Berry Cobbler. I eat my cobbler right out of the skillet (you can use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish if you don't have one). It saves dishes, but more important, it makes for a sweet summer date: two forks, a skillet of cobbler, some ice cream and a warm night on the patio.

I have been gathering cupcake liners for ages and all I needed to do was gather up some cans! Need to try this!
