2 cans (15 oz each) black beans
1 Avocado
1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
1 Corn
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Lettuce
1/4 cup Onion
1 Tomatoes


1 Guacamole
1 Hot sauce or sriracha
1/4 cup Lime juice, fresh
1 Pico de gallo or salsa

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Quinoa

Baking & Spices

1 Pinch Cayenne pepper, spicy
1/4 tsp Chili powder, mild
1 Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil


1 Cheddar or jack cheese, Grated
1 Sour cream or greek yogurt
