Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes ~~ 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed - 3/4 cup  (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted and divided - 1/4 teaspoon pepper - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup chopped onion - 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup - 1 pint (2 cups) sour cream (regular or light) - 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese - 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Marinara Sauce; the best marinara sauce I've ever made.  My new go-to recipe.  Froze half, will see how it turns out.

Creamed Corn-I adjusted this recipe! I used 2 drained cans of corn and about 1/2 cup of 2% milk (used NO cream) a couple of Tablespoons of Cream Cheese, and corn starch instead of the flour. I also added more sugar, probably 3T total.
