ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOMS - I skipped the fry method and cut the butter amount in half to try to make a healthier version. We really did not care for these and it had nothing to do with the missing butter or additional oil from frying. Maybe it was the roasting technique, but i'd rather have my mushrooms pan sautéed with EVOO, pad of butter, garlic, and S&P to taste!
