Oxford University Boat Club (OUBC), rowing club of University of Oxford, founded in the early 19th century. OUBC's boat house on the Isis (as the Thames is known at Oxford) burnt down 1999 & much archive material was lost. They now row from its new purpose-built boat house in Wallingford. OUBC races against CUBC in The Boat Race on the Thames each year and the Oxford 'blue boat' & Isis boat (reserve boat) are based at the Westminster School Boat Club.
Long Beach Marine Stadium - our regatta site Presidents Day Weekend. Created in 1932 for the rowing events of the Xth Olympiad, the stadium was the first manmade rowing course in the United States. Go Strokes!!!
