Apple Enchiladas 1 c. apple pie filling 6 (8 in.) flour tortillas 1 t. ground cinnamon 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. water Spoon 1/4 c. of pie filling in center of each tortilla.Sprinkle with cinnamon; roll up, tucking in ends;& place seam side down in dish.In pan over med. heat, combine butter, both sugars & water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat, simmer 3 min.
