Red Enchilada Sauce 2 Tbsp. vegetable or canola oil 2 Tbsp. flour 4 Tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 cups chicken broth This will need to be pressure canned @ 10 pds pressure for 90 min.for pints.for long term storage if you want to double or triple it like me.(due to chicken stock)
