    Brown Sugar Banana Bread Pancakes. Awesome, bananas are cooked enough that I can eat them! Used scant 2c AP flour plus about 1/4c ground flax. Didn't have nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice so used mostly cinnamon with a touch of allspice. Needed just a tiny bit more milk, and cooked slowly over #4 heat. And holy miracle, Batman - I actually loved the maple glaze! Apparently it's just maple flavor I hate, not the real thing. Don't skip the glaze.
