Maple Sausage Pancake Muffins Recipe: 2 cups of pancake mix, 1lb of sausage cooked and drained (I used a tube of Jimmy Dean's maple flavored), 1/2 cup of maple syrup. Grease a muffin pan, mix batter, sausage, and syrup together --- pour in pan and bake for approx 12-18 min at 350 degrees! You can refrigerate or freeze for a quick pop in the microwave breakfast on the go!

Sausage cream cheese pinwheels - this is another go-to in the house when we're tired and don't want to cook. I never remember to take out the cream cheese so I just mix it in when I've finished cooking the sausage and while it's messy, you don't have to freeze or refrigerate before cutting (while that does make it so much easier). I also use the garlic croissants and it's SO much tastier.
