Cleaning your oven without poisonous, earth destroying chemicals

You need: Large box of baking soda, bottle of vinegar, good, sturdy scrubber, rubber gloves and towels. Cover your oven door and bottom of your oven (racks removed) with a 1/2 inch layer of baking soda. Pour vinegar over the baking soda so it fizzes and absorbs into the baking soda and let it sit about 30-40 minutes with the door open. Wipe clean with towels.
