I've been living a sugar-less (mostly sugar-less) lifestyle for the last year & noticing that in addition to losing over 30 pounds, I feel so much better. Finding recipes that don't include sugar is a pain, and sugar hides in so many salad dressings. I love soy and sesame oil combined, so this Oriental Chicken Salad recipe looks delicious. Haven't tried it yet, but I will. And look, mama, no sugar!

Chinese Chicken Salad - This recipes rocks! The homemade dressing is absolutely delicious! Tips: 1. I used mandarin orange slices instead of a whole orange cut up. 2. For a sweeter dressing I added an extra tbls. of brown sugar.
