      "Boil, smash, season, bake. These are the BEST potatoes ever. From the Pioneer Woman." ~ (recipe details on Pioneer Woman's website) My results: AWESOME!! I've found my new favorite potatoes. I boiled them until they fell apart on the fork, then smashed them on the cookie sheet and used spray olive oil and seasoning. Crispy in the right places (not burnt or hard), and the buttery taste of the red potatoes really comes out. Yay for smashed potatoes!

    Lobster tails are very affordable right now. These were $4/ea. Broiling is a very easy way to cook lobster per Jacques Pépin. Put a skewer through the tail to prevent it from curling when cooking. At a medium broil setting, shell side up for 4 minutes, and shell side down for 4 minutes. And voila!

    Crockpot Teriyaki Pork for the Freezer 3lbs cut up pork tenderloin 1 onion, sliced ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup sucanat or brown sugar 1t minced garlic ½ t ginger powder Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Seal the bag and squish around to mix it up. Freeze. On cooking day dump contents into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is cooked and tender. Serve over brown rice.
