I'm beyond addicted -- Slice banana into thin chips, dip in lemon juice, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours @ 200 degrees and flip. Bake for another 1.5-2 hours or until crisp. Homemade banana chips!

The best crockpot meal Ive tried yet: Ingredients: 1 bag of frozen tortellini, 1 small bag of fresh spinach, 2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes, 1 box or 4 cups of vegetable broth, 1 block of cream cheese; put all ingredients in crockpot, chunking up the cream cheese; cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
