Chinese BBQ Pork Buns- Filling: 8oz pork belly or tenderloin, 1 ginger root chopped and soaked in 1 Tbsp warm water, 1 shallot, 2tsp sesame oil, 2Tbsp Char Siu sauce, 1/2Tbsp light soysauce, 1tsp dark soysauce. Dough: 1 pack yeast, 2 Tbsp sugar, 1 1/3 cups flour, 2/3cup warm water. Marinate pork 4hrs+. Roast 30min at 300. Dice, add ginger, shallots. Make dough(1.5 hr).
