Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

Y, acompañando, ricas brocchettes con vegetales : morrón rojo, morrón verde, cebolla roja, zucchini, portobello ... y lo que se te ocurra y quieras agregar. En una linda noche, al aire libre, para disfrutar !!!
