Asparagus red potatoes and garlic. Healthy and super easy side dish.Looks like on the recipe cook the potatoes and garlic for a bit ontheir own then add the asparagus to avoid overcooking.I love crunchy asparagus so that would be my recommendation.
Roasted Potatoes with Bacon, Pearl Onions & Sherry Vinegar — They came out beautifully – firm & creamy – just the way I like them! Combined with a little bacon, pearl onions, sherry vinegar & fresh thyme, these were the perfect accompaniment to the roast!
